LOW-LEVEL-LIGHT VIA LED
Previous research and observational studies have demonstrated that red LED light in pulsed or non-pulsed form possesses an anti-inflammatory and immunological effect. Light in the visible red
wavelength range can penetrate tissue to an above-average depth and – in most cases – make a positive impact at the cellular level. Information that is currently available suggests that the
wavelength used in the MOYAVE Pad (namely 632 nanometers) causes positive changes in the different types of tissue, such as muscle tissue, the joints, or even the skin. Thanks to the pulses and
intensities that are defined in the presets, the wavelength used in the MOYAVE Pad can impact positively on the tissue’s regeneration process.
The light takes effect in the mitochondria of the relevant tissue cells, activating so-called chromophores within these mitochondria (the actual “power stations” in each cell). Some familiar examples of chromophores include the chlorophyll in plants, the hemoglobin in red blood cells, and the myoglobin in muscle cells, which play a crucial role in the cell’s respiration chain.
LONG-WAVE INFRARED HEAT VIA HI-TECH CARBON
Infrared heat based on hi-tech carbon is extremely effective thanks to the long-wave infrared radiation range (also referred to as FIR or Far Infrared). In just a few minutes, the carbon infrared
unit reaches the core temperature of 48°C and provides constant long-wave infrared heat which can reduce muscle tension and alter the circulation of the blood. Extremely thin and highly efficient
hi-tech carbon fibers ensure optimal deep radiation for a long-lasting effect, and can thus accelerate the regeneration of tissue.
The best effect is achieved if the MOYAVE Pad is in direct contact with the skin or hair/coat. This optimizes the transfer of infrared radiation onto and into the tissue.
